None Provided4 Romeo and Juliet In my opinion, the new-fangled version of Romeo and Juliet directed by Baz Luhrmann after part in no way be compared to the unstained version. Although the directors intentions were visible, the take away itself was not what I would consider a proficient movie. The directors intentions seemed to accent to take the original Romeo and Juliet and place them in modern times. Guns were employ instead of swords and cars were used as transportation. The language thus remote was not changed to modern times which more often so not made the convey very difficult to understand.
