As companies compete and grow, they are increasing the demand for workers in a world where the population of talented workers is not growing as fast as the rise in demand. To take an example, companies need to attract and retain the highly educated Generation Y and the highly mobile Generation X (post-baby boom) and aging baby boomers.The research study will experience these two issues using updated findings based on primary and secondary research data as explained in the next section.The basic foundational materials for the study will be four of the latest research sources on the topic of attraction and retention of staff in organisations.
